NFIC Program of Special Olympics Bangladesh was held at Beautiful Mind School on 21 May 2022. 03 YA trainers and 03 coordinators of Special Olympics Bangladesh explained the importance and details of the Young Athletes program to the families and taught them how to continue Young Athletes training at home. Practical sessions were also conducted for different techniques of Young Athletes Program. Seminar and workshop for the families was held in the conference room of Beautiful Mind School. Mrs. Yasmin Rahman, President, NFIC led the seminar and family program. Member of the Advisory Council, Mrs. Mamtaz Sultana was present as chief guest. Else this, Mrs. Shalina Parveen, Mr. Khan Md Iqbal, General Secretary, NFIC and Mr. Faruqul Islam, National Director, Special Olympics Bangladesh were also present in the program. Mrs. Yasmin Rahman, Mrs. Mamtaz Sultana and Mrs. Shalina Parveen discussed about young athletes program, Family Support Network (FSN), unified activities, roles of families and siblings, teachers, trainers and volunteers for the welfare of the ID persons. Mr. Faruqul Islam, National Director, Special Olympics Bangladesh conducted the seminar.
